Drone Strike, Shelling and Incursions: Israeli Enemy Steps Up Attacks in Southern Lebanon

Israeli attacks proceed in southern Lebanon with drone strike, artillery shelling reported on Wednesday in Nabatieh region amid continued incursions and demolitions in other areas.

Al-Manar correspondent in southern Lebanon reported an Israeli drone strike in the town of Nabatieh Al-Fawqa.

Our correspondent reported, meanwhile, Israeli artillery shelling of the area of Ali Al-Taher, a contested hill where the Israeli enemy forces have been for weeks hardly attempting to control amid fierce resistance by Hezbollah fighters.

Our reporter said the Israeli enemy carried out sustained shelling of the area.

Demolition operations went ahead, meanwhile, with Israeli occupation forces carrying out a massive one in the town of Majdal Zoun, in Tyre district, according to our reporter.

In the neighboring town of Al-Mansouri, an Israeli light drone attack dropped a stun grenade, the correspondent added.

Elsewhere in Houla in Marjeyoun district, Al-Manar correspondent reported Israeli forces have been since the early morning hours of Wednesday bulldozing agricultural lands and homes on the western outskirts of the town, near Wadi Al-Slouqi.

Also in Marjeyoun district, Al-Manar reporter said that at around 11:00 PM on Tuesday, an Israeli force advanced to the outskirts of Burj Al-Mulouk, along the public road with Tal Al-Nhas, where it searched the home of Lebanese citizen Sh. N., inspected his mobile phone, questioned him, and confiscated his passport.

The force withdrew toward Tal Al-Nhas approximately an hour and a half later.
