Spokesman of Yemen’s Armed Forces, General Yahya Sarea, unveiled in a press conference on Thursday more details about the military operations against the Saudi-led mercenaries and terrorists in Al-Bayda province.

General Sarea indicated that the regained area from the Saudi-led forces is around 100 square kilometers, adding that hundreds of mercenaries and terrorists were killed, injured and captured during the operations.
The Yemeni forces managed to regain control of all the territories seized earlier by the Saudi-led mercenaries in Al-Zaher and Al-Sawmaa directorates in Al-Bayda province.
Yemen has been since March 25, 2015 under aggression by the Saudi-led coalition in a bid to restore power to fugitive president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi, who is Riyadh’s ally.
Tens of thousands of Yemenis have been killed or injured by Saudi-led airstrikes.
The Arab impoverished country has been also under harsh blockade b the coalition which includes in addition to the Kingdom, the UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Morocco and Sudan.
