The Lebanese prime minister-designate, Saad Hariri, on Monday received a phone call from the Russian deputy foreign minister, MiMikhail Bogdanov, during which the political and socioeconomic crises in Lebanon were discussed.
Hariri press office pointed out that the conversation underlined the importance of the speedy cabinet formation and the issue of the Russian help to Lebanon in face of the pandemic, including sending batches of the anti-coronavirus vaccine.
For his part, Progressive Socialist Party (PSP) leader, Walid Jumblatt, on the same day received a phone call from Bogdanov, discussing with him the the necessity to speed up the formation of the government in Lebanon.
